- Receiving documents of students / getting them translated and notorized
- Forwarding them to the university and getting documents registered in the Academics department, thereafter conducting/arranging interviews via Skype
- Providing the offer letter from the University’s admin office
- Arranging power of attorney in the name of the immigration lawyer and forwarding the notarized documents to the EQE, Georgia for authentication of certificates
- Collecting the authentication report from the Ministry and submitting it to the university for the issue of admission letter
- Following up with the University for signing of the agreement electronically by the student
- Forwarding of visa application and documents to the student for further submission at the nearest VFS and coordinating for the stamping of the Passport.

Post Landing
- Pickup from the airport and drop off at the hostel accommodation
- Getting a Georgian SIM card, bank account, and Health insurance.
- Registration at the University for opening student’s academic portal
- Orientation
- Arranging and preparing all documents required for residency (including the bank statement for 3500 USD) / submitting it to the Justice House
- Getting all the required documents translated and notorized
- Apply for residency
- After receiving the approval from ministry, applying for the issue of residency card
